This book is awesome! There are awesome pictures of the food that show great color and what the food would look like! The book is also very informative about dehydrating, sprouting, soaking and having fun while eating raw! This was my first raw food book that I purchased and I totally suggest it to others that want to go raw or just have a fun time in the kitchen!
