Thrive Energy Cookbook
Brazier has an exciting new cookbook out called
Thrive Energy Cookbook. He is a former professional
Ironman thrialthlete and has won the Canadian 50km
His cookbook contains 150
recipes and is perfect for people who enjoy preparing healthy food.
He uses lots of wonderful, fresh ingredients. One of my favorite
recipes is the Roasted Sweet Potato, Carrot & Ginger soup. It
contains great salads, wraps, sandwiches, smoothies, snacks and even
some desserts. The book also has lots of nutritional information,
where Brendan Brazier explains his Thrive Diet in great detail.

is a great new children's book with nice rhyming verses by Anna Bean
and very colorful drawings by Andere Andrea Petrlink. It's written
from the perspective of vegan kids Petra and John and their vegan
mom Sue. It explains why they are vegan, and how they stay healthy.
