Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary is a non-profit organization founded by Jenny Brown and Doug Abel. Their mission is to educate the public about the treatment of animals who are raised in factory farm systems.

 Their shelter takes in animals that are rescued from cases of abuse, neglect and abandonment. It is a place where visitors can come face to face with the animals that most call “dinner” and learn about the devastating effects of modern-day agribusiness on the animals, the environment and human health.

Sam Haddock, who used to work for a breeding and training center for Ringling Bros Circus has released photographs taken at the center. Sam Haddock has since passed away, but he and his wife wanted the world to see these images.
